Payment:

Bank Deposit, Online Transfer and Cash On Delivery are methods of payment. Preferred banks are FCB or Republic Bank. You do not need a credit card to purchase. All information for payment is provided at checkout.

After you choose your payment method and complete purchase, you will receive an email with all necessary information. You will then be contacted shortly after via WhatsApp or phone call to confirm. If you are not contacted, please reach out to us at +1 (868) 770-5243.

NB. Cash on Delivery is not available for Trinidad orders

Delivery/Pickup:

Delivery for Tobago is on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Delivery is a flat rate of $TT20 and is available from Scarborough to Crown Point and all surrounding areas. Anything beyond will be additional.

Delivery throughout Trinidad is $TT30 with TTPost and takes approximately 3 business days to be delivered. TTPost delivery for Tobago can be facilitated based on location.

Pickup is currently available in Tobago only. Information for pickup will be provided after purchase has been made.

Bundles/Boxes:

You can create your own bundles/ boxes by choosing whichever items you would like.

If you have a large order i.e. five or more items, you are eligible to get a box.
